Art+Australia Talks

03 Jul 2017, 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Seminar Room, Ground floor, HUB Building #863, Southbank campus, University of Melbourne, St Kilda Road, Southbank

Art+Australia (formerly Art and Australia) is a publishing and research body that focuses on contemporary art and its relationship to broader theoretical, social and geo-political contexts.

You are invited to an evening to meet and hear members of the Art+Australia team talk about its new iteration, with an evening of short talks, discussion and Q&As around its history and future thinking around its delivery into the online world.

A+A has recently moved to the stewardship of the Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne. It was gifted to the VCA in 2015 by former editor and publisher, Eleonora Triguboff, who wanted to ensure the publication would continue to inspire and educate.  Speakers will include editor-in-chief and Director of the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) Professor Su Baker, and members of the A+A team.
