Master Teacher Program 2014

In 2014 the following artist visits and projects will be made possible by the VCA & MCM Master Teacher Program:

2014 School of Art Forum Series with visual artists: Andrew Hazewinkel, Great Hits, Helen Johnson, Kate Smith, Brook Andrew, Angie Seah, Bridie Lunney, Lisa Radford, Sarah CROWest, Ronnie van Hout, Max Delany, Damiano Bertoli and Claire Lambe.

Master Teacher Program 2013

2013 saw 37 master teachers spend valuable time at the Faculty, including celebrated trombonist Christian Lindberg who conducted the University of Melbourne Orchestra in Hamer Hall; Dr Don Greene, a specialist in performance anxiety from The Juilliard School; legendary bassist Christian McBride; biomechanics specialist Kathleen Baum; UK artist, curator and author Dr Gillian Whiteley and LA choreographer Sara Wookey.

The VCA & MCM Master Teacher Program, supported by the State Government though Creative Victoria, allows for prominent artists of international distinction to come to the University of Melbourne to mentor and inspire the next generation of artists.
